2025 Custom Design Gallery

Custom design work gives me a chance to work with fancier stones that I haven't worked with in the past, like the Montana Sapphire pictured in photos 3 and 4. Montana Sapphires are an excellent choice for a diamond alternative btw, because of their hardness of 9 on the mohs scale and range of colors. Plus they are an American mined gemstone, so the gem tracing from mine to maker is more clear and the labor practices are better regulated. 

Something I also love about doing custom projects is shopping with other people's money!  I love when clients come to me with an idea and want help sourcing ethically mined stones and I get to help shop for them! Dream job. Helping someone find different stone options and seeing the project come together when they pick their favorite is such a fun moment in the process.
