RINGS ARE FINAL SALE
Rings in my collection are all made to order and sized to the size you request. Because of this, all rings are final sale and I don't accept returns on them. Please be sure of your size before you order! Check out my tips for figuring out your ring size here or email me if you need help! I do offer one complimentary resize for any ring purchased.
SALE + CUSTOM ITEMS
Items on sale as well as custom work or an item that has been customized for you (including longer chains) are final sale.
FREE RETURNS (US CUSTOMERS ONLY)
For all other purchases, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email me at email@example.com and I will send you a shipping label so you can just drop it off at the post office, at no cost to you!
I want my customers to love their purchases from Iron Oxide. I stand by the quality of my work, so if something isn't quite right, let's fix it!
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your piece.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Items that return damaged, obviously worn, or have an odor will be charged a restocking fee at my discretion.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to me without contacting me first!
Typically my processing time takes between 1-4 business days for me to make, package and ship your order.
As a reminder, Iron Oxide is artisan made jewelry! I'm a one woman business and all of my items are made to order. During busy seasons or large sales processing times can take up to 7 business days before your order is shipped. Thank your for your patience and understanding.
I typically ship orders 2-3 times during the business week through USPS. Shipping time does not include processing time.
First Class shipping typically takes around 3-5 business days and comes with tracking and insurance. I offer this free to my US customers.
If you'd like a faster option, you can upgrade to Priority shipping for a little extra. Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days and also comes with tracking and insurance.
I also ship internationally for $15. International shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the mail service where you live. International tracking is not available, but it is insured. Please contact me if you'd like to upgrade to a faster international shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first pleasecheck your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange. Send me an email at email@example.com and I'll will give you further instructions, as well as send you a free shipping label (US only)
GIFTS + GIFT RETURNS
All packages are shipped without a packing slip, prices listed or any billing/payment information. Please contact me if you'd like to include a note for the recipient.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive information about your return.
Repairing pieces in our wardrobe is another element of creating sustainable fashion. Handmade jewelry is delicate and well loved jewelry breaks sometimes. I am happy to offer repairs, usually for free. Please contact me if you ever need a repair and I will be happy to assist!
