Rings in my collection are all made to order and sized to the size you request. Because of this, all rings are final sale and I don't accept returns on them.  Please be sure of your size before you order! Check out my tips for figuring out your ring size here or email me if you need help! I do offer one complimentary resize for any ring purchased.


Typically my processing time takes between 1-4 business days for me to make, package and ship your order.

As a reminder, I'm a one woman business and all of my items are made to order. During busy seasons or large sales processing times can take up to 7 business days before your order is shipped. Please be patient!


I typically ship orders 2-3 times during the business week through USPS. Shipping time does not include processing time. 

First Class shipping typically takes around 3-5 business days and comes with insurance.

For a faster option, Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days and also comes with insurance. 


For all other purchases, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email me at and I will send you a shipping label so you can just drop it off at the post office, at no cost to you! 

I want my customers to love their purchases from Iron Oxide. I stand by the quality of my work, so if something isn't quite right, let's fix it! 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your piece. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Items that have been damaged, worn, or have an odor will be charged a restocking fee at my discretion.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to me without contacting me first! 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first pleasecheck your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale as well as custom work or an item that has been customized for you (including longer chains) are final sale.


I replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please contact within 7 days of receiving your item for an exchange. Send me an email at and I'll will give you further instructions, as well as send you a free shipping label (US only)

All packages are shipped without a packing slip, prices listed or any billing/payment information. Please contact me if you'd like to include a note for the recipient.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will receive information about your return.
