Because of the huge influx of online shopping this year, I don't feel comfortable making any guarantees about Xmas delivery. If you want to be sure that your order gets to you in time I would suggest ordering well in advance, AT LEAST 1 - 2 weeks before Xmas, earlier if you can.
I do offer an option to upgrade to priority shipping during check out if you want to make sure it gets to you as fast as it can!
Last day for orders before I close the shop for xmas break is Dec 21st. This is the last day I will be shipping. The shop will be closed from the 22-27th. I will still be accepting orders during this time, but I wont be shipping again until the 28th.
Returns and exchanges are free, just email me and I will send you a shipping label! If they want to exchange their item, all I need is the name of the person who ordered the gift within 30 days of receiving.
