Helios Earrings

Helios was the Greek god of the sun, said to drive a chariot of light across the sky from east to west marking our days by the path of the sun across the sky. These sunburst earrings delicately hang from the earlobes and are perfect for anyone who can't get enough of the rays and energy from our closest star.

The Helios Earrings each feature a mirrored sun motif, measuring 3/4 long by 1/2 inch wide. In the center of these celestial earrings is a suspended double terminated (pointy on both sides) clear quartz crystal. This is the tiniest baby crystal, a mere 5x2mm and it's perfectly faceted to reflect tiny shimmers of light!

Choose the temperature of light you want to wear to match your vibe: warm gold tone bronze or a cool sterling silver.

Bronze is a lead and nickel free alloy that contains copper. Copper sometimes causes a harmless green mark on skin because of the metal coming in contact with your sweat. It’s different for everyone based on the pH level of your skin, the humidity where you live, and how often you are getting your ring wet. I use a polishing compound and a museum quality wax to seal my pieces to prevent oxidization from happening but it will need a quick polish from time to time. 

With each purchase I include a polishing pad and care instructions for taking the best care of your new piece.
